Getting Started Index

Internal Support Framework

To maintain maximum efficiency and ensure client uptime, we follow a streamlined two-tier resolution structure:

Support TierScope of WorkKey Responsibilities
L1 / Customer SupportFirst-line DefenseResolving "How-to" queries, validating bugs, and executing documented SOPs for sync or campaign issues.
Engineering / ProductTechnical ResolutionFixing core platform bugs, database management, server health, and API-level infrastructure changes.

Documentation Conventions

To help you scan information quickly during live support sessions, we use the following visual markers:

  • note

Standard Note: General context or background information relevant to the process.

  • info

Pro Tip: Best practices or "shortcuts" that help you resolve tickets more efficiently.

  • danger

Critical Alert: High-risk actions that could lead to Meta Business account bans, data loss, or billing errors.

Important Operational Notes

  • Documentation over Dialogue: Always prioritize the steps written in this KB over verbal advice. This ensures we provide a consistent experience to all BoB merchants.
  • Data Privacy & Security: Security is paramount. Never share internal logs, Client Secret Keys, or API Tokens in Slack channels or external emails.
  • The Feedback Loop: Our platform evolves weekly. If you identify a gap in an SOP or an outdated UI screenshot, please report it immediately via the Miscellaneous section.
