Steps to Request a Meeting
- Identify the meeting type and required attendees
- Drop a request in the Internal Ops Channel with: client name, Org ID (if applicable), meeting type, and preferred time slots
- The relevant team will confirm or propose an alternate time within 4 business hours
- Add a calendar invite once confirmed — include the client's Org ID in the invite description
Notes
- All external client calls must have an Account Manager present or on CC
- For urgent tech calls, tag the tech team directly on Slack with "URGENT" prefix
