Existing Feature Feedback
Use this process to report issues, bugs, or provide feedback on features that already exist on the platform.
When to Use This
- A feature is broken or behaving unexpectedly (raise a CRB instead if it's a live client issue)
- The UI/UX of an existing feature is confusing or creates friction for clients
- A feature works but needs improvement (e.g., missing filter, slow load, unclear error message)
How to Submit Feedback
- Document the issue clearly:
- What feature is affected
- What the expected behaviour is
- What the actual behaviour is
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- Raise a CFR and tag it as "Existing Feature Improvement"
- Attach the Org ID of any affected clients
- The product team triages feedback in the weekly review
Bug vs. Feedback
| Scenario | Raise |
|---|---|
| Feature is completely broken for a live client | CRB (urgent) |
| Feature works but has usability issues | CFR — Existing Feature Feedback |
| Feature works but client wants it to behave differently | CFR — New Feature Request |
tip
The more specific your feedback, the faster it gets acted on. Vague reports like "the dashboard is slow" will be deprioritized without reproduction steps and affected Org IDs.
